Losing the Rhythm
When a performer is not performing to a good standard, the audience and the opponent will disagree, and the turn is taken over. This is for example the case when a performer
is talking, instead of singing; when he or she cannot fit the lines in the melody; or when the performer’s turn is too long.
Even though the genre is a contest, it is vital that the performers
both sing and that they do it correctly. The point where there is little new information brought up by the contestants, could also declare the ending of the Girayda.
